Various conditions, each with some wear and toning, marginal defects and a few light brown spots.
From the famous travelogue book Marocco written by the renowned Italian author Edmondo de Amicis, first published in an illustrated edition in 1879. In 1875, De Amicis joined an official Italian diplomatic delegation to the Sultan of Morocco. He hired Cesare Biseo and fellow painter Stefano Ussi to visually document their journey.
